Live bee orders can be cancelled but may not qualify for an exchange or store credit. Our customers’ orders determined the amount of bee stock we reserve from our sources; if your reserved stock can be sold to other customers by June 1, we may be able to provide an exchange or store credit, but it is not guaranteed.
